Payment is required to secure your booking. An additional payment is required 120 days prior to the date of your event. The balance owed + $500 security deposit is due 90 days prior to your event.
Ru's Farm shall be entitled to retain 100% of the Rental Fees paid as of the date of cancellation if (1) the Event is cancelled by Renter within the 90-day period prior to the Event, or (2) the Event is cancelled by Renter more than 90 days before the Event and Ru's Farm is unable to book another wedding on the Event Date. In the event that Renter cancels the Event more than 90 days before the Event and HCG is able to book another wedding on the Event Date, 50% of the Rental Fees paid as of the date of cancellation shall be refunded to Renter and the balance shall be retained by Ru's Farm. Ru's Farm recommends, but does not require, that Renter purchase event cancellation insurance.
The only animals permitted in the Event Area are service animals. Any Event guest who brings an animal which is not a service animal will be denied entry to the Event Area. Additionally, Event guests may not leash animals in the Parking Lot or leave animals in vehicles parked in the Parking Lot. Please inquire if you want to have your pet as part of the ceremony.
